We chose tallow because its chemical composition, is the single most compatible ingredient we could rub on our skin and have it actually absorb.

Our sebum (human skin oil) and tallow are both made up of around 55% saturated fats meaning it can be absorbed by our skin without leaving a greasy residue.

Organic virgin coconut oil is excellent for the skin as it provides deep hydration, reduces inflammation, helps heal wounds, and has antibacterial properties that can combat acne.

Organic arrowroot is a starchy substance derived from the roots of the arrowroot plant. It's used for its soothing properties. In natural deodorants, it helps to absorb moisture and keep the skin dry.

Magnesium hydroxide is a naturally occurring mineral compound often used in natural deodorants for its ability to neutralise odour-causing bacteria without disrupting the skin's natural pH balance, making it a gentle and effective alternative to aluminum-based antiperspirants.

Tea tree is an antiseptic (germ-killer) and herbal medicine which also helps reduce inflammation

Lemongrass essential oil is known for its fresh, citrusy scent and has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and deodorising properties. It's often used in natural deodorants to help fight bacteria and provide a refreshing fragrance.

Our Tallow-Based Deodorant does not contain Bicarbonate of Soda or Aluminium
