Shipping policy

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for local orders to be shipped.

For international orders we will fulfil the order within 1 working day, but please note that delivery timelines are determined by the courier service and therefore an exact estimated delivery date will vary.

Shipping Costs

• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using a courier service. Delivery time is usually 3-5 days.
• Flat rate shipping fee of R50 applies to orders below
  R400, and free shipping applies to orders over R400.
  These rates apply to South Africa
• International Shipping is calculated by the total weight of the order.
• Orders can be tracked via the waybill information included in the fulfilment email when an order is processed.
